The bandits can kill farmers which steal wood, guards kill bandits. The icons on the right means you've completed a certain dungeon. The game has no clear win condition rn. Still thanks for playing!

I think this is very clever. I didn't read the TIPS you wrote until after I struggled to figure out the mechanics my first round through, so I think maybe a fairly simple tutorial screen to explain the shoot-tractor-shoot mechanic would be beneficial overall. But I think this deserves 5 stars anyways.

This is a similar plot to Otherworld by Tad Williams. You might like it. It's great for a 72 hour spree. My only pedantic nitpick (and I'm sorry if this spoils anything for anyone) is saying "copied" instead of "moved" or "migrated".
